The next website that I have researched is E4.com
E4 is a television channel aimed at a teenager and young adult audience and again like MTV E4 is a unisex website and is. E4 is part of the channel 4 family.
The page enables you to play videos previewing the latest programs being broad casted on the channel. I thought this is an effective way to promote up and coming/ new programs.
The background is a school chalkboard advertising the new series of 'The Inbetweeners'.
The colours used on the website are white and purple, this matches the colours found in E4 logo, This may be a good idea for my own website to keep a similar colour scheme through out.
Like the MTV the navigation is at the top of the page. This again makes it easy to navigate through the site.
On the front page there is a TV schedule showing what show are on next it has a feature where you can click on the show and it will tell you what’s happening on it.
